Join the Finance department of Dorel Juvenile Europe and become part of the Revenue Growth Management Team.

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will collaborate closely with various departments – Sales, Product, Marketing – to drive and execute revenue optimization initiatives.

Principais responsabilidades

. Analyze sales, pricing and margin data to explain results as well as identify trends and pinpoint improvement opportunities;

. Assist in revenue budgeting and forecasting, leveraging RGM data and insights to set sales targets;

. Generate clear and concise reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders;

. Centralize pricing framework management and coordinate adjustments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Seu perfil

. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field;

. Minimum 2 years of experience in finance analysis, preferably within a business environment;

. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Plus: Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI);

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly;

. Outstanding analytical skills, agility and ability to translate data into actionable insights;

. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment;

. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and growth;

. Problem solving and results-oriented mindset;

. High attention to detail and ability to connect the dots;

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment;

. Able to hybrid work.
