Dorel Juvenile Receives Customer Experience Champion Award from Clarabridge
Dorel Juvenile recently received a Customer Experience Champion (CXC) award from Clarabridge, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent Customer Experience Management solutions for the world’s top brands. The winners were announced this past week at the Clarabridge Customer Connections conference in Las Vegas where Bob Land, Vice President of Consumer Engagement and Dan Desimone, Director of R&A were on hand to accept the award.
Dorel Juvenile received the 2016 CXC Revvie Award for the North American region. As explained by Clarabridge, “The CXC Revvie award recognizes an organization with a proven return on investment and bottom line revenue impact. Recipients of CXC awards span a variety of industries, and have all demonstrated innovation, leadership, and measurable results with their customer experience programs. Past winners include VMware, Orbitz, Capital One, Accenture, and Intuit.
