Dorel Juvenile in the Netherlands nominated ‘Best Employer 2015’

Dorel Juvenile is one the 100 organizations nominated to win the title ‘Best Employer in The Netherlands’. The nominations are given out by Intermediair and Effectory, the founders of the ‘Best Employer Survey’. This survey is the biggest and most reliable assessment in The Netherlands. Tuesday October 6 the winners will be announced.



Best Employer Survey

The ‘Best Employer Survey’ is designed by Intermediair and Effectory (independent research agency) to give an objective judgement about employers in The Netherlands. This year 314,218 employees rated their employer, by filling out the survey. The position in the top 50 is determined by the ‘Best Employer Score’. The questions being asked were about organizational and work satisfaction, pride, support in the organization's goals, the given opportunities to perform best and appreciation. Compared to other organizations Dorel Juvenile scored as one of the 100 best employers in The Netherlands.
