Dorel Juvenile is proud to have won not just one, but two Silver Stevie® Awards for the US contact center. The Stevie Awards are a public recognition for the achievements of customer service professionals.
Dorel Juvenile’s US contact center has been selected out of 2,500 nominations and won Silver in both of the nominated categories: ‘Best Use of Technology in Customer Service’ and ‘Contact Center of the Year’. The jury praised the ‘clever way of using today’s technology to improve the customer experience’ and the ‘outstanding accomplishments’ of the team.
Michelle Williams, Director Consumer Relations and Daisy Martinez-Stanley, Consumer Care Team Captain were present at the gala banquet in Las Vegas. Michelle: “We were proud and honored to accept the awards. To walk-away with these prestigious prizes is such a nice achievement and we see it as an important recognition for our work.”
