Your missionDorel Juvenile is looking for an experienced Digital Graphic Designer to be the design lead for our 4 brands and all channels (retail, marketplaces, and brand websites). In this temporary role covering for a maternity leave, you will help design our brand websites and work to optimize assets of our products on all retailer sites. You will have an opportunity to make an immediate impact on the design and consumer shopping experience.
Key responsibilitiesWebsite: Envision and help create a dynamic website experience for customers that includes fast, easy navigation, and best-in-class look, feel, and functionality. Develop digital assets across all formats. Retail/marketplace: Work across big box retailers to optimize product pages and increase conversion. This includes evaluating content and experimenting with different assets and layout. Digital Media: Collaborate with our digital marketing agency to brainstorm new assets, formats, and content.
Your profileBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or similar background along with a minimum 5 years’ UX/UI experience across a variety of digital media. Must be able to design wireframes, layouts, storyboards, illustrations, templates, and infographics. Must be able to work with business owners to understand needs and convert to assets. Develop assets for multiple channels such as retailers and brand websites. Maintain brand consistency throughout projects. Liaise with business owners in marketing, brand, ecommerce, developers and sales to ensure deadlines are met and quality output is produced. Must be highly creative, have a strong attention to detail, work well with ambiguity and have a bias for action. Must be a strong team player.
