Your mission

Reporting to the Digital Manager, you will be responsible for driving traffic and acquiring new customers (conversion) across digital channels to achieve targets in accordance with long-term profitability.


Key responsibilities

You will take ownership of • Analytics including the tracking and reporting of all website and digital metrics, providing accurate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting including commentary and recommendations to leadership and peers. • Assist with Website optimization including UX and conversion optimisation (e.g. VWO) • CLV experience including Day to day Automation / Engagement cloud management and performance • Assist with projects as directed • Some B2B work is also anticipated • You may also manage external agency relationships as required. Implement and manage all digital acquisition activity to achieve our set objectives • Liaise with creative services, customer services, and brand to ensure each campaign is timely, error free and communicated (where necessary) across the business • To manage the agency relationship, delivering PPC, & paid social campaigns • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of campaign performance both upfront and as part of customer lifetime development


Your profile

• Strong experience and knowledge of analytics and SEM tools • Numerically minded with strong excel skills and the ability to capture relevant data to use in decision making and reporting • Proven experience of being in a digital role and possess strong digital knowledge and ability to achieve KPIs • Experience of implementing digital strategies including PPC, Social Media and Affiliate • Ability to analyse data and identify new opportunities • Strong organisational skills to keep tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent presentation skills and posses the ability to present key ideas in an articulate manner • Experience of working in a multi-channel direct consumer environment with experience of offline media
