Your missionAre you looking for a customer service position with an expanding and innovative company? Do you have a natural interest in helping others? If so, Dorel Juvenile is hiring for our call center in Columbus, IN! The Consumer Relations Specialist professionally and courteously assists DJG consumers that contact the Consumer Relations Department by phone, mail and e-mails. In addition, you will place orders for replacement product or parts under warranty, outside of warranty and through sales. You will assist consumers with product technical questions, product assemblies and installation issues. The Consumer Relations Specialist represents DJG to our consumers as the “Voice of Dorel” in order to build and retain consumers.
Key responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Consumer Relations Specialist who can: • Provide world-class 5 Star customer service experience for our customers by answering questions and diffusing frustrations • Build trust with our customers and provide quality results in an efficient manner • Answer a wide array of questions and provide education on complex issues, self-resolutions and offer value-added services • Talk to people with the patience and experience to genuinely help • Other duties as assigned
Your profile• Previous call center experience in a non-scripted environment highly preferred • Ability to work independently, be accurate, thorough and detail oriented • Excellent computer, typing, spelling and grammar skills • Must be focused and organized • Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher preferred.
